Hello everyone,
Im using ARIS Architect & Designer 9.8 and i'm having an issue, when i click on the last item on the right in BPMN 2.0 , the screen goes blank and i cant find my models. this happened to me twice, on two laptops, one woth a local ARIS and one where i have to be connected on the server in order to work. I cant get access to the models , they dont show on the screen. Any one has n idea how to fix this?

As this seems a data-related issue we can't help from a community point of view. So I recommend you to request a technical check of your model/database by Global Support ARIS by Software AG. You could do that via Empower/eService on https://empower.softwareag.com/.
