ARIS 9.6 Lizenzverlängerung oder Upgrade auf ARIS 10

Hallo zusammen,

ich hatte leider vergessen, meine Lizenz von ARIS 9.6 zu verlängern. Nun geht das nicht mehr über den Verlängerungslink. Gibt es irgend eine Möglichkeit diese Lizenz zu verlängern. Denn ich möchte die Daten aus ARIS nicht verlieren und mit meinen Projekten auch weiterhin arbeiten können.

Oder ist eine Migration von 9.6 in ARIS 10 möglich. Allerdings liegt kein aktuelles Backup vor und ich kann derzeit auch ARIS 9.6 nicht starten, da die Lizenz abgelaufen ist.

Hello Ranjitha,

thank you for the answer. But exactly there is the problem. There is no information about my problem. I have forgotten to extend the license within the 4 weeks. Is there any opportunity to extend my license of ARIS 9.6 after the 4 weeks? Because I have no backup of my last status saved in the server. And I do not know how I can get access to the model on the server when I install the new ARIS version. This of course would be an option. But then I have the problem that I loose my model from the old server, I guess.

I would be very happy, if you can help me.
