Hallo,
short form in english:
Hello,
we updated Aris 7.2 to ARIS 9.2 and migrated the database from Aris 7.2. Also we import the templates, filters and the profile (see below at "Publisher Export Einstellungen"). Now we have the problem, that in aris publisher the model shows different to the model in aris architect, although i chose no template. In Aris Publisher the line and the fill color are different to the aris architect model. I don´t understand this, because in my opinion if i don´t choose a template aris publisher will publish the model with the same formatting as in architect, but aris publisher changes the color (see Aris Architekt vs. Publisher.png).
I hope someone can help me.
Thanks
Hi Alexander,
thank you for your information. My users and usergroups have the same individual filter "Methodenfilter". But in my opinion this filter is only responsible for which objects users can chose, which tilt they can chose during modelling for example a organigram. But my problem is, that i don´t choose a template in the publishing process, so the aris publisher should publish the model with the same formatting as in architect. Strange is the fact, that the objects, which had constructed in ARIS 7.2 have the right formatting, only the new objects, which i create in ARIS 9.6 don´t have the right formatting. In the example publisher picture, you can see the dilemma. The first line shows the right format with Prozess- und Projektmanagementberatung (PMB)-Holding and the linked Person 1. This objects had created with ARIS 7.2. The third line with Assistenz Geschäftsführung / Innovationsmanagement and the linked Person 3 was created with ARIS 9.6. In the example aris architect picture you can see that there are the right formatting in aris architect.
Perhaps you have another idea for me.
Hi Andreas
it is a long shot but I suppose you have under the db preferences you have set the template "Vorlage" to default (classic).
I would suggest you use the default (classic) also under the publisher export setting, so all objects are transferred in the same classic ARIS design.
Alex
Hello Andreas,
if the problem is not fixed I would recommend to create a new incident via empower. I had a similar issue with connections. After upgrading from 9.8.3 to 9.8.6 in some published models the connections where shown as dotted lines that were straight and bigger lines in architect/designer. I received from the support a patch-version of a jar-file belonging to the publisher (y-bp-serverxxx.jar) and the problem was fixed.

Hello Gerald,
thx for the information that you have similar issues. I had contacted the e-support of software ag and linked this thread, so they can fix the problem faster. Unfortunately software ag has send me the fix with a jar (y-bp-server.jar) last week. Now the illustration in aris publisher is the same as in aris achitect and the incident is closed.
