Process map exporting

i have been using ARIS 7.1. Due the course of mapping the process the texts in the objects gets hidden and every time i am forced to increase the size of the text box. Just wanted to know if there are settings that i can follow to have this changed to all the maps that i have created as of now. We are taking back up of maps and i have a huge volume of maps for which the hidden texts are to be dragged out before exporting. Your help is appreciated.

Added i have a pre-defined template that i have been using to create the maps. Even after changing the template properties the maps are getting exported with the text hidden.
