Hi Team, Please help me on the below issue, I want the reports to be permanently available in the Evaluation TAB. Please find the below steps which I followed, 1) Right click on the model and gave Evaluate. 2) Choose the format as PDF. 3) Got the below as Evaluation report created. 4) The report was available in the Evaluation tab, 5) BUT WHEN I LOG IN AFTER 30 MINUTES OR WHEN I CHECK MY FRIENDS PC I COULD NOT SEE THIS REPORT. CAN YOU PLEAE HELP ME IN GETTING THIS REPORT PERMANENTLY AVAILABLE IN THE EVALUATION TAB. I HAVE GONE THROUGH ALL THE DOCUMENTS BUT COULD NOT FIGURE OUT THIS ISSUE.

What you discribe is a standard behavior, each time you log out Business Publisher you erase your Reports on tab Evaluation. Reports on ABP are made to provide latest information to end users, if you start archiving reports some users wont have the latest information because they will allways open the same export done earlier.
I think it's better like this, because you'll have allways the latest report with up to date information, there is no way to open a report done a month ago and lose some upated attributs or models.
In quality insurance auditors need to be sure that people are working flowing the latest version of a procedure, ABP provide this insurance.
Any way if you want you can download your report from ABP. Reports are shared with all users logged on Aris Business Publisher so you can launch the same script report on your friend PC. Maybe during the half hour your admin has uptaded ABP, so when you ll see the same report on your friend PC you'll find some updates...
