JOB DESCRIPTION
ARIS Business Process Modeler/Designer needed! The successful candidate will be the liaison between the business and IT side of the project to help ensure that knowledge stakeholders and key customers are being serviced in a way that’s aligned with any operating model
Primarily responsible for designing, modeling, testing, and implementing business process models.
You will also be responsible for analyzing, validating, verifying and managing requirements needs for existing and new projects. Seeking an individual with, hands on practical experience with ARIS Business Process Modeling using ARIS IT Architect/Business Designer.
Responsibilities:
Design and create business process classification frameworks with various levels of detail and levels of decomposition—for both cross industry/sector and sector-specific frameworks
Design and create end-to-end sector and cross-sector process models using EPC and BPM modeling standards
Apply common enterprise architecture (EA) practices on relevant projects
Create EA reference models, preferably business, information systems and technology architectures
Estimate project scope and level of effort for new projects and/or existing projects that require changes—tasks, duration, resourcing, etc.
Maintain a pulse on leading practices/trends around business process management, EA, modeling standards, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 3+ years of experience in using Software AG's ARIS Platform products for Business Process Modeling, particularly ARIS IT Architect/Designer
Good understanding of Business Process Management (BPM) Lifecycle and concepts
Strong ARIS Object Management skills
Facilitate and Lead requirements gathering /process design workshops with large groups of SME's and Business teams
Ability to lead and drive process modeling discussions with very minimal support and guidance from the management
Conduct face-to-face and virtual Trainings on BPM concepts and ARIS Platform
Banking Business process/functional knowledge is a plus
Ability to manage project tasks and project plans
Education:
B.S. or B.A. in related field required
MBA or related Master's degree preferred

Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
MUST be willing to travel up to 50%
Must be able to work in the US without restrictions
If not local to Dallas, must be willing to relocate to Dallas with some relo assistance
