AC

Greetings!

We have ARIS installed on Linux System and using Oracle Database. From past one year we are getting frequent ARIS Server Down and ARIS Publisher down in the organization. This is having a sever impact on our business users who have almost stopped using the ARIS platform to refer process information and started using old process manual reports.

Current ARIS Database size is approx 1.8 GB.

Please share your experience if ARIS is not advisable to install on Linux. Or ARIS has some technical challenges if database size increases.

Also, please suggest what should be the recommended hardware configuration for ARIS on Linux. We have around 2000+ employees accessing process information using ARIS Publisher.

Best Regards

Amit
