Hey Folks,

ARIS Community has always taken front seat in creating awareness and helping us in implementing ARIS led BPM in our Organizations. Now it is time to share the experience and lessons learnt and get new people who do not have adequate opportunity to familiarise themselves with the “ARIS led BPM” movement.

We've arranged a workshop for Entry Level trainees in our office to initiate them in the ARIS led BPM culture. Request you to kindly share your thoughts & ideas for the same.

Also, the major help i want from you guys is to come up with GAMES i can get them to play to get them to understand ARIS led BPM.

C'mon guys, please help me with BPM or ARIS Games...

Regards,

Deepti Lad

C'mon guys no thoughts or any ideas, it doesn't have to be something complex.

It can be very simple. It's just that we want them to understand ARIS Led BPM.

Or instead of games what about using comics to get the basics of ARIS and BPM across?

Over the years I saw a couple of customers picked up that idea. Unfortunately, I have nothing digital of those examples.

The only thing I can provide is my comic. In order to promote ARIS PPM I've written in 2003 a customer success story about the richest "man" in the world Scrooge McDuck.

Of course, he had also business challenges he couldn't manage at first. But then Huey, Dewey, and Louie (German: Tick, Trick und Track) had an idea...

Go on read it:

Dear Deepti,

ARIS Express has a built-in game. But you can't learn much from it except to remember our viral marketing wallpapers.

But I have another idea. Maybe my very very first e-learning course for ARIS from 1999 (!) inspires you. You can consider it as a game which was also the original intention. At that time IDS Scheer entered the Japanese market. We learned quickly that lectures through games are much easier understood than providing books.

The 8 chapters of this course introduces you to Business Process Engineering by animations of real life exmaples and by the entry-level methods of ARIS:

Here you download both courses:

I hope you like the funny ARIS Tutor , a little helper on your learning curve throughout the course.

Cheers

Rune
