***VNSG-theme day 'Real World BPM'***
On the VNSG (Dutch SAP user Group) Theme day ‘Real World BPM’ in the Netherlands, top speakers will present their vision and experiences with BPM in a SAP environment.
The day will be started by Frank Luyckx who will introduce the different BPM presentations using the SAP BPM framework of the VNSG BPM user group.
The first key-note presentation will be given by the Derek Miers from Forrester research. He will elaborate on the question: What are the developments within the BPMS market and what is the current position of SAP within this market.
The program consist out of the following 3 parallel tracks:
Track 1; Companies who are leading on the implementation of SAP BPM are sharing their experiences. Several speakers will cover topics like; What is the functionality of SAP BPM ? How can you use SAP BPM ? How can a maintain a SAP BPM roadmap ?
Track 2; Companies who are leading on the implementation of BPM are sharing their experiences. Several speakers will cover topics like; How can I improve the business performance by using PPI’s (Process Performance Indicators), How can a apply BPM within an SAP environment, How can I integrate BPM within the SAP implementation methodology ?
Track 3; Companies sharing their vision on the future use of BPM in an SAP environment. Several speakers will cover topics like; What is the future of TOGAF ? How can you integrate GRC within an SAP environment? What are the future developments within the BPMS environment? What are the main issues within SAP companies to implement BPM ?
The second key-note presentation will be given by Ann Rosenberg co-auteur of the book: "Real world BPM in a SAP environment’. She will elaborate on the SAP developments and the SAP vision on BPM within the SAP customers.
The day will be closed with a forum discussion in which we will discuss the future of BPM(s) within an SAP environment.
BPM-check with SAP users
During the BPM theme day the focus group BPM (Business Process Management) will present the results of the BPM check done at several SAP customers. The BPM check was based on the 16 questions/topics of the BPM framework. These 16 questions can help customers to identify the major issues with their BPM strategy. At the end of the 2 hour session the SAP customers received the book; “Enterprise BPM roadmap assessments”.
