Hello guys,
How can I combine (connect) organizational structure (defined before in organizational chart) to a lane in processes? Is it possible in Aris Designer v9?

Not really. The problem is that the BPMN spec neither defines lanes as organizational elements nor does it define the relationship a lane has to the elements which are placed inside of it. That's why there is no support for connecting organizational elements to lanes in ARIS.
The situation is a bit better in case of pools. For those you can assign a so-called "BPMN allocation diagram" in which you can use a limited set of organizational elements which can be connected to the pools.
And of course you have the possibility to connect organizational elements directly to a task in a "Function allocation diagram" assigned to it.
