Hi

Does anybody know if there is a report that can be run to show the activity of all users for all databases? We are running ARIS version 9.6. I know it is possible in ARIS version 7.1, but I not sure how to do it in version 9.6.

I have seen that I can export user statistics in UMC showing successful logins, but the report is empty?

Thanks

Within Central User Management, UMC, you need to set the property com.aris.umc.audit.enabled to True.  After this is done, you should start to get results for the Export User Statistics report.

Hi, do you know if there is a XML with this information on de installation directory?

on the 7.2 version, the name of the XML was arisaccountinglog.XML

on de 9.8 I couldn't find this file.

Thanks in advance.

Compared to ARIS 7 the user & license management has changed a lot in ARIS 9.

With ARIS 9.6 we started offering user management auditing, which offers statistics on various events, such as user logins/logout, changes in user management (groups, privileges, licensing). The data can be reported and exported to Excel. Also statistical charts are available.for license consumption etc.

Cheers

Hey Rune,

We are using Aris 9.7 and my team here needs to generate stats for large number of user ID''s on my "Publisher" server to see "how many of them have logged in and how many times"

Can you please guide me with a How-To on this or provide me a document link which can help me achieve this ?

Appreciate your earliest revert.

Thank you,
