Hi, I try to re install ARIS 9.7 client on Windows 7 x64 to update new license files. But when I double clicked the setup.exe I got an error like "Knowledge base cannot be found. Please copy the directory "Setup_Data" from the installation media to the parent directory of the directory where the setup.exe is stored." But there is no such directory named "Setup_Data"!

Could anybody help me to resolve the problem? tks.

PS: Before re installation, I've uninstalled and delete the old one.

Hello ZZ,

While Installing ARIS Client you need to have Setup Data folder copied too .

Attached Screenshot should aid you in the location of folder residing in DVD
