Hi

This could be related to bad network connection, and such case try to reach the ARIS Server again or check you network connection, also using wifi or vpn can cause this. Try to change the wifi to cable for example ... or remove the caches of your browser and try again..

Hi,

in the %temp% folder, you can check for a file having a name starting with "ARISLauncher_".

Can you post this file here? It would tell us more about the connection problem.

Bye,

Frank
