Has anyone had any luck in importing ARIS models? We have just upgraded to 12.55 but it is still saying file format not supported when we try and import.

Have you tried to import ARIS 10 models? Since they state a different version number in the XML file, HP has refrained the import. However, I'm happy to announce that HP is going to provide a fix for this with version 12.55p02.
Please let me know if you are still facing issues after having installed this patch, which should be available soon.
