Hello,

I have just got an Aris Cloud Advanced account and have a couple of queries.

1) I have got Aris Express on my computer together with a number of models.  Will Aris Express be affected by Download of Aris Cloud?

2) I will need to migrate the Aris Express models into Aris Cloud and do modelling in Aris Cloud - but it is not clear how to start.  I found an instruction mentioning a launch button but cannot find this.  I have logged onto my Aris Cloud account successfully  but cannot find any options to start modelling, just some youtube videos and my organisation filters out youtube with its firewall.  Are there any text-based step by step instructions?  and where are they?

3) Where do I go from the login screen?

3) Where do I go from the login screen?
Green "Launch" button in the right upper corner.

this button is only available if you have the client privileges ARIS Cloud Viewer or ARIS Cloud Designer

Hi Christoph,

Thankyou for the link to the instructions.  I will go through these in detail, but  I notice these too mention a 'launch' button - which is not clearly visible on my login screen:  please see screen shot attached.  Can you tell me where to find it please.

Hi Christoph,

I am attempting to get into Aris Cloud Advanced on my home computer now, but face a similar issue - there is no launch button.  I was wondering if it could be a firewall issue, but not sure as it happens from my home PC as well, although I did have to put in a security code sent by my organisation before I could launch the link itself.  I'm not sure that this should affect the appearance of the 'launch' button on the cloud though.  Can you help?

Hi
In your screenshot there is the hint "no privileges assigned"
That means you do not have an ARIS Cloud Viewer or ARIS Cloud Designer license privilege.
only with one of these privileges the "launch" button is available.
You can allocate licenses to users via the user management - blue button on the right
