re-indexing elasticsearch

<![endif]--><!--[if !vml]--><!--[endif]-->Hi all. I'm getting an error when trying to log in th Architect that indicates the tenant does not exist or a license is missing.

On investigation, I find that almost all license privileges have disappeared. If I try to add license privileges (I'm in Connect administration), I get the following "error assigning privileges.An error occurred in the Infrstructure."

 

I understand this could be associated with re-indexing elasticsearch. Can anyone help?

Hi Martin,

yes this problem is related to ElasticSearch and you have to Restore the folder (and subfolders):
...\server\bin\work\work_elastic_<s,m,l>\elasticsearch\data also if doesn't work then you have to restore a UMC backup.
