Hi Markc,

thank you for your interest in ARIS!

The system shows that the emails you requested have been sent to your mail address (ma_zemtsov<at>vyatsu.ru). It might be that the email has been filtered out by your / your university spam filter. Please check this.

Spam filter of my email was disabled by Administrator of university network, but email didn't come.

I don't know what do in this situation.

I tried to download a new license has an academic program ARIS. Unfortunately the letter did not come.

Dear Makc,

I've just forwarded the corresponding email to you. If you did not receive it (which I suppose will be the case if the problem lies in the firewalls), you could contact your university, e.g. to allow a firewall exception for emails coming from us.

If you have further questions or need the details for creating an exception, let us know.

I tried to download a new license for the ARIS academic program. The old license ended on October 30, 2019.

Unfortunately, the letter did not arrive.

May I again ask you to forward me a letter with a license, since the university firewall for some reason cannot miss the letter.
