Aris Server Problem

Hi,

We are using Aris 9.8 and we are facing a small problem, we can't access Aris Designer or publisher although when we ping the domain names previously configured we get a live reaction as in everything is connected, and when we access the server remotely we can run the apps from it but when we try the domain name inside the server we can't access them and we get an error as in the connection refused

Can anyone guide us on how to get it to working again?

Hi,

if you try to access the app at the server itself try to use //localhost:<your posrt> instead of the domain name.

Hi,

Thank you for taking your time to help me.

While I am in the server I can run the apps, but my problem is how to reconfigure the domain name and port of the server so that I can connect to it using the domain name from a client PC.
