Previously we have used ARIS 7.2 and the Exports was updated automatically without any issues. Currently We have upgraded ARIS from 7.2 to 9.6. After upgrade,we have set the time in task scheduler to update the Exports, which initially worked fine. But later we had the Exports failed to update.
If we run the cmd file(exports.cmd) for updating the Exports it says the below error message.
Java.lang.IllegalStateException : Error while running report : null
So we updating the Exports manually in Design server on daily basis.It's taking more than one hour for updating manually. But sometimes the manual update also failed and it says that "the procedure was canceled".
We tried in QA Environment with the same scriptrunner .cfg files and the scripts and it will update automatically on daily basis without fail. But in PROD environment it was not worked. We have increased table space and memory size of oracle database also.
I have already raised a ticket with Software AG.But no luck so far.
Please advice why the same scriptrunner.cfg file and scripts all are working fine in QA and failed in PROD.
Could someone please help us to fix this issue.
The same here. Do you have any solution for this? The support seems to struggle to find a solution.
What I tried so far:
- Reorganise the database
- Recheck the permissions
- Remove the groups in chunks to see if one was faulty
None of these works. I'm really disappointed.
Any help would be appreciated.
