happy with LDAP synchronization which simplify the admin for our 500 Students...
but, in a first step, we do not have created mail...
and when now i try to add manually a mail, the field is not writable...
and when i try an LDAP synchro, i have an error "sync error, impossible... mail adress do no respect format..." (screen copy attached in french)

I have the following question - I'm trying to set the Superuser to perform a synchronization with LDAP System every 24 hours. As you could see in the history down below 24-hours synchronization has been performed every day in July (at 12:30h) and it has stopped on 17/07/2017 but I have no idea why..? Today, I performed this synchronization manually and after that I logged in as Superuser and performed it again (as you could see in the history) but I do not know how this synchronization could be set to be automatically performed by the Superuser - do you have any ideas?

I can't help much here. You probably need to inspect the log files where a reason will be found why the recurring import had been stopped.
Such a technical issue can't be resolved via this forum. I'd like to recommend to raise a support ticket on Empower with the log files attached.
