PS

Hi, 

i have the ARIS 9 university version with the local database setting. If i install ARIS for the first time the login still works. But when i want start ARIS again comes the following error message:

Error Message

That means: there is no connection to the ARIS server. At this port no service is available.

Hi,

please contact the ARIS support for this. Do not forget to send them the log files for server and client as well.

Hi Patrick,

the client log files are located here:

%userprofile%/ARIS90/log

The log files of your LOCAL-server: search for files with suffix "log" in the sub folders of the folder named "LOCALSERVER", where you installed your ARIS Client.
