Recently I installed ARIS MashZone 2.3, but It doesn't work, the "Software AG ARIS MashZone 2.3" service is not running, and when I want to start it, it tell me that it can run in local.
I've already installed JDK, JRE and don't run MashZone.
Somebody know what could be the error?

could you please give more information about the operating system you have installed mashzone on?
You don't need to install an extra jdk/jre for mashzone.
Perhaps you could try to delete the service with "stop_mashzone_service.bat" and install it again with "start_mashzone_service.bat". Please make sure that mashzone is not running at this point.
