4. Provide Training – continuing education and new employee orientation on ARIS
   1. Training certification, license management, user access management and user rights management.
5. Maintain security and role assignment for the ARIS tool (Role based responsibility)
   1. Develop Security to prevent un-authorized access or change of content
6. The Tasks associated to daily operations of ARIS competency center
   1. Manage any and all process model and BPM related change process within the scope of ARIS tool
   2. Communicate Changes to all necessary process models and associated measurement changes
   3. Communicate creation and changes to reference models
   4. Ensure Company specified methods and conventions are followed
   5. Help in process release
   6. Help in revised process release (associated to process improvement)
   7. Help in process audit (the auditor can be finance, IT , quality)
   8. Update Domain Reference Models
   9. Synchronize with other software and transaction based system as necessary
   10. Compliance of ARIS licenses within user community
7. Identify New ARIS/BPM solutions to support business strategy and objectives
8. Monitor system and content and act as necessary.
9. Upgrades, Patches and new BPM tool roll-out
10. Distribute and Merge content during M&A activity
    1. Distribution of federated models to tenants
11. Support all business and architecture project which requires business, application, technology or data architecture
    1. Provide help in creating derived or generated models
    2. Provide help in conformance to enterprise methods and conventions
12. Provide expert advice on models in relation to EA Framework
13. Create/Support Enterprise Architecture Framework
    1. Provide Base lines for the framework
    2. Support Reference Models as related to the framework
    3. Maintain object libraries conforming to enterprise standards
14. Create new reports and scripts useful or necessary to derive information from the models or identify existing reports or scripts.
15. Develop training content and identify training delivery channel.
    1. Provide training
16. Measure architecture and artifact conformance to enterprise methods and conventions
    1. Measure Architecture maturity.
    2. Develop or identify maturity metrics
17. Create and maintain users group within the company
    1. Maintain knowledge distribution center through website, wiki
