Hello.,
We are using OS as windows 7 64 bit and it also have BP server. While trying to open document from Solman we are getting errors like " The message from SAP System is : Error in Control Framework" . Even though this document exist in Solman and we are able to open it in SolMan. Plzz refer attach SNAP Shot.
As a testing purpose I have done another installation on 32 BIT window XP and at that desktop I m able to open the documents from SolMan.. Do any one have idea why this error is coming..
