ARIS Education Package

Hello everyone,

I have a damp doubt, I know it is, but I really want to be sure about this information.

It's written in FAQ section / https://www.ariscommunity.com/university/faq , that Lincenses ARIS Education Package

- Single UserARIS (link is external) Architect(link is external)

+ ARIS Simulation(link is external)

+ ARIS UML Designer(link is external)≥ 8 GB RAM

≥ 2 CPU Cores

≥ 20 GB HD Space1ARIS Education Package

- Multi UserARIS (link is external) Architect(link is external)

+ ARIS Simulation(link is external)

+ ARIS UML Designer

I have tried to search for simulation starting icon within the software platform but I cannot run any simulation, there is no option for it.

I hope anyone can clarify this to me!

In ARIS Architect, under the Evaluate tab, you will see an option "Start Simulation Experiment".

Sorry for the delay, I cannot see the simulator starter like you can see it in the screenshot attached.

And I do have the ARIS 9.8 version.Thank you in advance for your replay.

Assuming that your students license keys include ARIS Simulation, did you check that Simulation is activated as perspective?

I have a Faculty member license, and I have access to the student version as you know, can I know if all the students license keys include ARIS Simulation? and as the version that I have is already installed should I uninstall it and install it again?

Hello Sabrina,

The students should have the license to access ARIS simulation as well. I would also recommend you to upgrade to ARIS 10.0. Also, did you check the perspective to see if ARIS simulation is activated?
