Exports invisible

To you both, please be more specific to which product and version you are referring.

And is it about Publisher exports (to a Publisher server or HTML files)?

Or is is about exporting ARIS databases (AML/XML format)?

In case of Publisher exports, did you follow the guidance in the ARIS online help? http://localhost/abs/help/en/handling/ba/index.htm#47893.htm

OK, then my link to the Publisher online help of version 9 doesn't help.

I rarely used ARIS Business Publisher 7, but I guess the community might be able to help.

For the future please mention the ARIS version in a post's title in order to let the community members quickly recognize whether could help.

Could u be clear on which export u talking about, is it an export related to a group, model to particular format or publisher export

When you added the server , did you test the connection. Check if the server is up, is your Publisher running or not.

Hi Saniya,

The export that your create, it goes and resides in a particular folder. Please check if the export is there. If it is then you too check if the publishing server is up or not.
