Hi All,
I'm trying to apply a template to a custom model I've created in ARIS, however I'm running into an issue where the occurrence has a specific incoming connection.
The below is a screenshot after I have applied the template to the entire model.
As you can see, when the occurrence has an "Improvement Potential" with a "Corresponds to" connection to the Technical Term, the Technical Term isn't resized according to the template. Is this something that I need to configure in the template?

do you/your company have a maintenance contract? Then go to Empower(link is external), the customer portal of Software AG, and create a support ticket. They will need an example database and the template to check whether we have an error here.
