Hello Everybody,
lately i have been facing issue with Aris Publisher 9.7, It randomly hangs mid way while publishing via Arir Architect and i then have to stop and start services for it to resume services again.
Can somebody, Please let me know what could be the issue and how do i resolve this ?

When the ARIS Design Server or Publisher hangs randomly for irregular amounts of time it usually points to issues with the back-end database system(Oracle/SQL). To resolve please drop all current tables/schemas for the Publisher database and re-create them with the defined settings/parameters in the ARIS documentation for your service release.
For example with your Design Server being SR5 but with your Oracle schemas still on SR4, this causes the Design Server to hand randomly for irregular amounts of time. 20mins here, 5 mins there.
