ADS - Document Storage Service - Document Link issue

Hi everyone,

I'm facing a little problem and hope you can help out.

In the item display area under document tab the list of attached documents which in my case uploaded to ADS.

When clicking the link takes me to the following URL which incorrect and not the same link when access the ADS page and click download. A sample link below starts with ADS/... instead of <server_name>/document/adsadminStandalone/adsFileProcess

the sample wrong one:

http://ads/IMS/DHA-HSE-FO-20.docx%20%7C%20DMS_ID:fb665b20-c45d-11e5-30c4-0cc47a50747b;%20DOCUMENT_ID:e2875ef6-12c9-4a07…

Dear Tarek,

Did you change the ARIS server name after you have installed it?

You can set your server's name via ARIS Cloud Controller: (match the sizing parameter _m to your installation: _s or _l)

reconfigure loadbalancer_m +HTTPD.servername="<server_name>"

Thanks a lot Rune.

No I haven't changed the name.

I found a workaround: I was using the document link attribute. I replaced it with ARIS Document Link attribute and it is working fine now.
