AEP: PPM Need help in excercise 3

Hi everybody,

I downloaded AEP: PPM and started the exercises recommended in the ARIS PPM University Edition Customizing Tutorial.

Excersises 1 and 2 are ok, I followed all instructions in the tutorial. In excercise 3 something going wrong within the data import. I set all mappings as told but I didn't get the 10 processes imported into PPM.

This is what I do at the end of excercise 3:

1. run "Extract data from data source CSV" -> Log: Data have been extracted successfully.

2. run "Start ARIS PPM and analysis server"

3. run "Import data of data source CSV to PPM" -> Log: 54 fragment(s) were imported successfully. Unable to import 0 fragment(s).

4. run "Merge processes and calculate KPIs" -> Log:

5. run "Start ARIS PPM" -> Log:

The KPI configurations of the PPM server and the analyses server are different.

The Date of the analysis server and the PPM server are inconsistent.

I think the main problem are the configurations of the servers. But I don't know how to solve the problem. Can anyone help me????
