I am having trouble installing ARIS Architect and Designer on my laptop. IT states I don't have access to C:\SoftwareAG\ARIS10.0\Client\ARIS.exe and then when I hit Retry it just keeps telling me the same thing. When I hit Ignore, it will finish the installation and install ARIS Administrator Tools, which I checked to be installed, and ARIS Symbol Editor, which I didn't check to be installed. Has anyone run into this problem and know how to fix it?

Sorry for the inconvenience! That's quite a strange problem. As a very basic step, could you please request for a new license and download link. Try to install from this new download again. Before that, make sure to delete all the previous ARIS installations.
