Change old symbols from ARIS 7 to new symbols of ARIS 9

Good day,

I have a challenge in Changing the old symbols to new Symbols of Aris 9.8. I have enable the new colour palette for the database then i Choose “ARIS default palette,Then log out of the database and log in again .My problem is some of the old symbols are still appearing and the new symbols are so pale the user are complaining they say they cant see the symbols.

Request you to kindly let me know , if I did something wrong, or suggest the solution for this.

You help will be appreciated.

Dear Dakalo,

Did you try to first the Reset template, and then apply the new symbols?

Yes the symbols are still pale nothing have changed

The color of symbol is invisible.

This would help.

Are you sure the symbols are allowed in your filter? Do you have write access to the objects?

Hi,

please proceed like this:

open the model
in the format tab, choose the "reset" template
confirm the question for applying the template to all occurrences with "yes"
Now, in the format tab, choose the "Default" template (NOT the default classic)
confirm the question for applying the template to all occurrences with "yes"
