We are receiving an error after the synchronizing ARIS (version 9.8) with Solman 7.1: COULD_NOT_SET_GLATT_ROLLOUT.
Can someone can help?
In our actual sync-project (ARIS 9.8.5 -> SolMan 7.1) we pretty much have the same problem as Aline has. Our logfile (german language setting) states:
Thu Sep 15 16:30:03 CEST 2016 - Synchronisiere: Prozessschritt 'System interface E2E5100 '
Thu Sep 15 16:30:03 CEST 2016 - Fehler beim Zugriff auf das Element 'Prozessschritt System interface E2E5100 ' im SAP-System. Die Synchronisation der abgeleiteten Elemente wird abgebrochen.
Thu Sep 15 16:30:03 CEST 2016 - Die Fehlermeldung lautet: 'COULD_NOT_SET_GLATT_ROLLOUT'
Can somebody help / clarify theses log entries?
Any help would be great! As far as I can tell there is no formal documentation for the sync-error-messages....

I am not an SAP expert, but I found a hint which I can't guarantee that it helps.
When facing the error "COULD_NOT_SET_GLATT_ROLLOUT" then activate "Global Rollout Functionality Active" in the project data on SAP side.
