I've ARIS Connect v.9.8 service release 5, I cannot visualize matrix models on Connect, it appears a message "No model graphic is available for this model type". How can I visualize this model?
I am not aware of a special procedure. The method filter for the viewing user needs to have the Matrix model type included and the user needs read privileges on the group containing the matrix model. It would be useful, if the user also had read privileges for all the groups containing the objects occurring in the matrix model as well.
