Dear aris community,
to test the use of ARIS for my school, i ordered aris basic over the "aris for school" program.
I "purchased" the license and received an e-mail to confirm that.
Afterwards, i received an email from "usermanagement@ariscloud.com" to initiate the password for my account. Sadly, the email does not contain a button or link to do so.
Thus, i entered the ariscloud website directly and clicked "Forgot password" to try it again. I received an email to reset the password. Sadly, the email does not contain a button or link to do so as well.
This seems like a technical issue.
I forwarded the email to my personal email-account to check if the problem is based on the mail-client from my school. Sadly, this did not help.
I also tried to view the email in html and look for a link in the html file to reset the password. I found an entry and tried to extract the url from the html to the browser but the link did not work....
Is this a known issue or does anyone know how to handle this?

the school is using iServ.
Ich tried again on my approach to extract the url from the html part in the email. I was partially successfull as i found the href attribute and copied the url without destroying parameters.
However, if i copy it into my browser i get the error code:
"unable to reset password. maximum number of retries reached".
Maybe my user-account is locked.
