In the administration you find the menu semantic checks ==> rule types / profiles.

In the rule types you find the various rules- I believe there is even the respective rule defined:

I am getting below message when I am trying to execute the rule mentioned by you on EBPMN Model:

The selected models could not be checked with the rule.

I Configured bleow rules and by this I can check if start event is present, the end event should also be present and vice versa. But I am not able to configure that there should be atleast one Start Event.

can you please check if there is such rule to force that there should be atleast one start event present in the model.

I can find one rule under service oriented EPC but this can't be executed for BPMN/EBPMN Model types:

Hi,

for BPMN diagrams, there are distinct rule types available- one of them is checking for events.

Maybe this helps.

Thank you for the response.

I already configured this rule ut it only check if end event is present then start event should also exists.

But I want to check if Model doesn't have start date then it should flag error regardless of other conditions.
