Did you read the installation guides of the both ARIS server and ARIS client?
On which computer did you install ARIS Design Server or ARIS Connect Server?
Does that computer be really named ARIS?
The computer name is needed as parameter Server in the above dialog, in order to connect from your ARIS Client to the ARIS server.And which user account did you create and assigned an ARIS Client license to?
Was that really a user account named ARISBP95?
Most customers use the available user system at the beginning as administratator's account.Cheers
