How to Assign Wait Time in the Model

HI,

I have 2 questions:

1. I want to show wait time in all the steps wherever there is a wait time applicable. How should i do that? For an example i send an email to someboday for approval, so it takes on an avg. 1-2 business days for approval to come and i want this to be displayed on that particular activity.

2. How to define Metric & KPI in the model.

Please help me with examples for both.

Hi,

regarding the question 1 you might want to keep those information in an attribute. If you have the Simulation Module i guess there a predefined attributes also for wait times.

If you do not have those attributes you can always define own attributes and add them to your filter to have them available.

When needed you can display those attributes on the model via attribute placement.
