Security on Aris Server

Hi all,

I want to protect my Aris server to Aris Clients.

Can I set a password when a client attempts to add the server?

Hi Aleix,

You cannot set password to add the server, but you can set password to protect the different modules in ARIS, like Script Editor, DB Admin, Configuration Admin, Server Admin, Publisher Admin, and more to it, you can protect the database content with user management.

Check the ARIS admin and installation document for how to set those passwords.

4/5 of these you can set by going to Adminstrator module, right click on the server name, change password.
