I cannot find VACD model in the new interface. When I created the new database, I choosed 'empty databse' and 'all model types'. But if I choose the other option, with Aris elements, the same. Can you help on this, please?
Do you know in which map can I find the "value-added chain" symbol? Apprantly there is no map with this kind of symbol.
Plus: how can I export a database?

please select "Process landscape" as model type.
If you use ARIS Advanced, you can back up your ARIS databases in the following way:

i need the log files for more information.
You can find them in %userprofile%/ARIS10/log (corresponding date) . Please attach them and i will take a look.
