Hello, when I try to download ARIS server10, I receive this error. What could be the problem?

Well, that's strange because the filse are written by the ARIS Server setup.
From the error message I could think of that the installation folder is incomplete. Did you check that you completely download SR21?
The folder Windows setup should be 10.1 GB in size.with 156 files in 129 folders.

Dear Amani,
You got that error message while installing ARIS Server 10.0 SR21. Please refer to the error details in the files ...ARIS_Install.log and ...ARIS_Install_full.log both to be found in the local folder %temp%.
