When I downloaded the ARIS server it downloaded successfully and worked fine, but when I tried to configure the ARIS Cloud Controller it didn't work, What could be the problem?

Actually, on that Windows computer where you have installed ARIS Server you should find a program shortcut ARIS Cloud Controller which is already set to connect to your local ARIS Server: C:\SoftwareAG\ARIS10.0\server\acc\acc.bat -c "C:\SoftwareAG\ARIS10.0\server\generated.apptypes.cfg" -h localhost -u "Clous" -p 14000 -pwd "g3h31m"
I have a problem with the target properties,the one on the server is (C:\SoftwareAG\ARIS10.0\server\acc\acc.bat -h localhost -u Clous -pwd g3h31m -p 14000 -c "C:\SoftwareAG\ARIS10.0\server\generated.apptypes.cfg").
If you don't have that shortcut, have you successfully ARIS Server?
In %temp% you should find ARIS_install.log which documents whether ARIS Server setup either has successfully installed ARIS Server or ran into an issue.
