the PDF export of the model does not work and no report can be generated.
I see notification: 'Running report .... It is currently in the queue waiting to be processed.'
The file or report will not be generated even after 10-20 minutes.
What could be the reason for this?
Can you help me? I need print my maps today - imminently.

In what region is it located?

I've the same problem. Actually the problem is not just the PDF report but all the reports.
The project room name is GEAL, It is located in Italy.
