Support of Greek language in ARIS Express

Are there any plans to support the Greek language in ARIS Express? Although I can enter greek text in ARIS attributes, when I export the model in RTF format the greek texts appear with "????".

I checked the model languages in "View->options" but unfortunately the Greek language is not in the list.

Is there any solution to the problem?

Hi Augustina,

yes, we know this problem. But currently, there are no plans to do an update of ARIS Express, sorry.

Do you know process live? Maybe this would be an alternative for you.

Hi Frank,

thank you for the answer. I know Process Live, however, here in Greece the "cloud" solutions are not easily acceptable by potential customers.

In any case, I'll try to promote the idea of using this product.
