It looks like syncing with ARCM is a problem without a Architect license. If you do not have one, the following error is shown. How did you solve this?

Thnx Alexander, finally SAG found an error in am ARCM script which they adjusted. Error message was misleading a bit...

Check if your user has these rights (underlined).
I'd also check the Configuration administrator. We sometimes face the fact that a script started under ARIS Connect has no access to some methods that are available under Architect.
