ARIS 9.8 application down

Hi,

I tried to extend the memory of abs runnable using below command:

reconfigure abs_l +JAVA-Xmx="22G"

It got failed for the first instance. I stopped and started all the runnable again and got below result

Can someone please help me to resolve this as our Production environment is down since yesterday.
