Hello everyone, I am a new member of the ARIS BPM Community. I am a university student and I have a project involving Corporate Performance Managment to do. I would appreciate it if someone could help me with some queries I have!
My job is to find and combine the proper ARIS methods so as to create a KPI system. In short, I have to make a sequence of methods that would allow someone to capture the requirements and plan a solution of the processes he would have to improve. My tool is ARIS Business Architect.
I hope that I made the issue understandable..If anyone could help me by giving me something to start, an idea, a link, anything, I would appreciate it very much!!

Athena, this is supported by ARIS. A good start to look for the correct model types to do so is the 3600 page method manual that ships with your ARIS installation, as well as the method help in the Help menu.

Hi,
as soon as you come to the point where you need to present the KPIs, their development over time or their goal accomplishment, etc. to a broad audience within the enterprise you might take a look at mashzone.com. It greatly eases the process of presentation and publication.
MashZone is part of the ARIS Controlling Platform which enables companies to analyze their processes and improve them. Beside the 3,6k page method reference mentioned above we published the Process Intelligence for Dummies (you can download a PDF for free).

Hi, Athena.
I think, you must start from BSC methodology...
