What can we do if we forgot the admin password? Is there any possible ways to cater this??

Hi there,
We had the same issue. You will have to contact your local ARIS support team. They will require you to FTP/ email your database to them. The support team has the ability to reset the password from the ARIS tables. Once this is done, you can access your database from their FTP server and restore it as a separate database in your ARIS environment.
This is how we did it. Hope it helps.
