Hello Software AG family!
Been using the ARIS Advanced trial over the last month. However the trial version expired before I could back up the database.I am kindly requesting database retrieval of the room before the retention days elapses as it is deactivated. I also intend to purchase the basic version, is it possible to merge the advanced database from the trial vesion into the basic version? [See attached image for the error message.]
Please assist or advise on how to access the data as it is crucial for my school thesis.

Hi Balosol,
could you please try to access again. I have extended your trial until Friday (11.09.2023) so that you can backup your data or do the upgrade from trial to paid version - you can do that in the Administration - Licence & Subscription area.
