I am seeking guidance in importing the TMF frameworx content into ARIS 7.2 Business Designer. I want to import the following
I tried to use the ARIS XMI import feature without success.
Is there anybody out there who has done this before? Do we need special scripts to import?

I want to import the latest version of Frameworx, which is now at 13/13.5, which consists of more than just eTOM and includes also application building blocks and information models.
So, my question is: What do I need to do to import the XML files, which are available for Casewise? You mention that "ARIS need some custom XML tags in XML file to understand import." What exactly is this and where is this documented so that we can work around this?

ARIS can not import plain/standard XML format. ARIS need some custom XML tags in XML file to understand import. Obviously XML format from TmForum is not directly importable to ARIS.
Software AG has "TelecomPerformanceReady" ARIS repository having latest eTOM 12.2 in it. It is 'Process Accelerator Selling Pack' to implement eTOM processes in very short time in your company.
You can reach to local Software AG in your contry, if you need more info about it.
